You were "different"....

Banke, I remember your energy, your smile, your work ethics and your humility. Always on the go. Easy to like, easier to love,so easy to be around. Chatty and quiet at the same time. Our families spent far too little time together...too much planning and not enough actual "doing". It's on the "if I had to do it over again list". Ironically, most of the time we spent physically together was in our pajama's sitting on that landing going downstairs in your house and chatting. Chatting, laughing, planning. Thank God we did not waste the nights sleeping... The sad part is that memories of your last 7 months are still so vivid. I long to remember more of the earlier days..they are coming back. Slowly but surely. Back to earlier times though, I remember thinking " She is different" even when I barely knew you. Kind, sweet, generous to a fault and consistent. A Christian. In living and in dying your life continues to honor The Lord you loved. What a testimony. Reading through these stories, it's clear your life shone a light on Jesus Christ. But the story does not end there. Turns out your life is like one of those seeds described in the Bible. It pleases the Lord that in dying, it sprouts and continues to bear fruit...and not just fruit, but fruit that bears more seeds. What a testimony. Through this cloud of tears, I bless the name of the Lord for your life. Your love and devotion to The Lord continues to make so many of us wonder about The Lord...and while wondering, we seek...and when we seek, the Holy Spirit moves: He saves, He restores, He build up. What a testimony! May this continue to be your testimony until His kingdom comes. In Jesus' name. Amen I miss you dearly.
