I met you through your sister, Sade, who was a course mate at University of Ibadan and a very good friend of mine. You took to all of us, friends of Sade, as though we were additional siblings of yours. I remember vividly the several conversations we had at your parents’ home back in Surulere and how you subtly passed your messages across during general discussions. You were always quick to listen and offer advice based on your experience; you never claimed to know it all. At your wedding and I was truly amazed that the gentle amiable lady I knew could dance with so much oomph. Your moves were serious…lol. To say I was quite shocked when I heard of your demise is an understatement but I know, as cliché as it may sound, God knows why and knows best. It was evident you had a heart for God and lived your life to please Him. While we grieve you passing we know you are with the Lord because the bible assures that precious in the eyes of the Lord are the death of His saints. Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord till we meet again. Good night!
