Life oh Life…..when i heard Banke died all i could think was God is taking all the good people away for a reason! How else can one explain that a girl like Banke who was God-fearing, virtous, simple, dedicated, unambiguos, helpful, caring, creative, indefatigable, always unfazed by worldly things could die so soon. We werent blood relatives but our fathers were best friends so we grew up together like family…hence ive know Banke since i was maybe 3, and we call each other cousins…its only when people want to know how we are cousins…is it mother or fathers side? that we now say oh well we not quite related in that way. So you can then imagine the intense sadness i felt when she passed. But as we always say God knows best. Banke you were a rare gem….your life is definetely worth emulating!
